Terms of Use (ToU)

1. Preamble

These Terms of Use (hereinafter “ToU”) govern access to and use of the Estudial.com website (hereinafter “the Site”), published by Estudial SAS, whose details appear in the legal notice. The user declares that they have read, understood and accepted them without reservation before any use of the Site or its services.

2. Definitions

• User: Any person accessing the Site or using its services.
• Services: All features offered by Estudial.com to support international students (information, visa, housing, insurance, administrative support, etc.).
• Content: Information, text, media, tools or any material published on or accessible via the Site.

3. Purpose

These ToU are intended to define the conditions of access to and use of the Site, Users’ obligations, and the limits of Estudial.com’s liability.

4. Access to the Site

Access to the Site is free of charge for browsing general information. Some services may require a personal account or subscription.

• The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These ToU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts with jurisdiction shall be those of the place of Estudial SAS’s registered office.
